Manual Single-Line Cropping & Nibbing Machine

We can equip a 250-ton eccentric press with a 12-meter length infeed table and 3-meter length outfeed table for the manual cropping of bars in lengths ranging from 900mm to 3000mm. Cropping length is set manually with an end stop. The press will be equipped with cropping tool with 90°- and 45°-degree cutting edges as well as third position for notching (which is performed as a separate, second process after the bars have been threaded and nuts have been fitted)
