The Gleason 519 is a versatile hypoid bevel gear testing machine designed to test bearing patterns, noise levels, and installation dimensions of bevel gear and hypoid bevel gear sets. It accommodates both straight and helical gear sets, with a maximum wheel diameter of 610 mm at axis angles ranging from 0 to 180 degrees, and up to 914 mm at an axis angle of 90 degrees.
